What we'll be doing

Have you ever fancied learning about African cuisine? Now you can learn to make a hearty Minced Beef Sauce with Ugali Nuggets. Ugali is a popular maize flour porridge made in Africa. Gillian’s twist on this traditional African dish means that it is more accessible and tasty for kids and adults alike, who often find traditionally it can be flat and starchy!

During this experience, you’ll learn about the history of African cuisine, all while dancing along to traditional African music. Get ready to take your tastebuds to a new level with incredible flavours and spices. After preparing this meal, you’ll all sit down and enjoy this meal together.
