What we'll be doing

Are you finding it difficult to catch a breath? Maybe you’re struggling to strike a balance between work and home life? Or maybe you just want a moment to yourself. Well look no further.

During this experience, you’ll get an opportunity to pause, focus, and imagine yourself right there in the moment. So make sure you find yourself a good spot, sit back and relax. Host Johnson will guide you through short bursts of relaxation using a range of instruments and singing traditional African songs.  

In between periods of reflection, you’ll stretch, perform self affirmation and various other body movement activities. You can be sure that you will feel totally re-energised once you have finished!

What you need to know

Additional Notes:

  • Tickets should be purchased on an individual basis and NOT per household.
  • You’ll need to find a comfortable space to sit, ideally a pillow, a cushion, or a mat.
  • The experience will be hosted online through Zoom. Check minimum requirements.
  • Private group bookings are available for a maximum of 10 people.
